40300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 40300 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement
By registering an account or using any part of the 40300 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 40300 as the platform operator. They apply to all users without exception, including those who browse the platform without registering an account.
Continued use of the 40300 platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 40300 platform.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in their place of residence.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. 40300 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Users who provide false or misleading information risk having their account suspended or permanently closed without compensation.
- Full name as shown on a valid identification document.
- An active and valid Malaysian phone number.
- An email address that is accessible and controlled by the user.
- Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for the security of their password and all activity that occurs within their account. 40300 recommends using a strong, unique password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
40300 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other means. Users who share their password with others assume full responsibility for any associated risks.
Prohibited Use of the Platform
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 40300 platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised means to access or operate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, hack, or disrupt the system or other users.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Copying, distributing or exploiting platform content without written authorisation.
Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
Deposits & Currency
All financial transactions on the 40300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB and other supported banks) as well as e-wallets such as Touch & Go eWallet. Deposits are typically processed within 1–15 minutes depending on the method chosen.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be requested through your account dashboard. Prior to the first withdrawal being processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, which includes phone number and identification document verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 business hours.
40300 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. Where discrepancies in account information are found, the withdrawal process may take longer until verification is complete.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 40300 are subject to specific eligibility requirements stated alongside each offer. Rollover requirements and wagering limits may apply. Users found attempting to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts or employing betting strategies solely to meet bonus requirements without genuine play intent — risk having their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
40300 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform. Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk and that they bear full responsibility for the decisions they make.
The platform is provided "as is" and 40300 makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. 40300 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server outages or circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
40300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, multiple account usage, illegal activity or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. In cases of legitimate account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 40300 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and software — is the property of 40300 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written consent from 40300.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 40300 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors and technical partners. 40300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third party before using their services.
Changes to These Terms
40300 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 40300 platform shall first be referred to negotiation between the parties involved. Should negotiation fail to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.
